Do this exercise routine with no rest two times through. If done correctly I guarantee results.
I recommend doing 15 repetitions of each exercise. If 15 repetitions are easy and you're looking for more of a challenge, do each exercise until fatigue. Make sure you use correct form for every exercise. Working too fatigue can sometimes cause injury if your not aware of proper form.
