Sadly, many individuals suffering from panic attacks don’t seek treatment. In many cases, panic attacks can be helped with therapy, counseling or medication. Though panic attacks do not discriminate and affect different people for no particular reason, it is also possible that they might be a tell-tale sign of other health problems, or can be a manifestation of stress, illness or past injury.
