If you get a deflated yoga ball, be very careful so has not to over inflate it.You will soon know the correct pressure it needs to be.You still want some give in the ball. If it’s too rigid, you won’t be able to do a yoga move or much of anything else with it.
Even though yoga balls are not the total solution for your yoga needs, they will make a yoga move more fun.
